David is a real estate professional with a background in business, engineering, and entrepreneurship. David became a landlord at the age of 23 and has helped over 20 clients find their perfect property in his first year alone, across Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver. Winning multiple real estate awards including Outstanding Achievement of the Year BRONZE, and many others. With his background in Civil Engineering Construction and project management, David has deep knowledge of structures and is able to advise clients with technical precision. David has helped create multiple landlords in Ottawa with innovative housing recommendations. 

David has set mutli-ple neighbourhood records all over Ottawa in terms of listings sold and time to sell a listing. David created Upside Realty Group in order to grow his team and share his experience and values to a wider audience. David has a team of Stager, cleaners, contractors, and photographers. 

David is digitally native. In the world of social media and online marketing David has a degree from University of Toronto for Digital marketing where he learned to leverage state of the art technology and advertising strategies to best assist sellers and buyers. Lastly David is fully fluent in English, French and Mandarin to better assist his clients from all backgrounds.
